And for a Nerf gun, it's one of the most intimidating models out there. This single weapon meets EVERY SINGLE piece of criteria for the proposed assault weapons ban! I also submit the commonly used logic that it serves absolutely no practical purpose other than to simulate killing. These should, therefore, be banned immediately.
