Second North Korean Nuclear Test

Only two short months ago, North Korea launched a "peaceful satellite" (aka intercontinental ballistic missile) to the condemnation of the international community. Shortly after, the UN issued sanctions against the small communist country. Naturally, the North Koreans were displeased with the sanctions and demanded a public apology; when they didn't receive it, they opted instead to up the ante and detonate a nuclear device. It has been approximately three years since the first nuclear test the North Koreans attempted.
